Sam Otten presented on behalf of the TMTG team at the Interface 2019 conference in Osage Beach, MO. He shared ideas about how storytelling structure from movies can be used to plan “inciting” math lessons. He also led the participants in a lesson about systems of equations, but instead of solving given systems you have to select the systems to be solved.
